Sync Review Events & Star Ratings to Klaviyo
Connect your Klaviyo account to Sabdov Review using Klaviyo API v3. Automatically dispatch custom metric events (`Submitted Review`, `Submitted Question`, `Reward Unlocked`) to customer profiles to trigger personalized Klaviyo Flows, post-purchase thank-you emails, and review discount campaigns.
Before You Begin Setting Up Klaviyo
Gather your Klaviyo API keys from your Klaviyo account dashboard before activating the integration in Sabdov Review.
Private API Key (`pk_...`)
Generate a Private API Key in Klaviyo Settings -> Account -> API Keys with full event metric write access.
Public API Key / Site ID
Copy your 6-character Klaviyo Public Account ID / Site ID from Klaviyo Settings.
Event Sync Preferences
Choose which events to dispatch: Review Submissions, Buyer Q&A Questions, or Coupon Rewards.
Recipient Test Email
Prepare a valid customer email address to send a sample test review event and verify Klaviyo Activity Feed.
Klaviyo Integration Setup Roadmap
Obtain Klaviyo API Keys
Log into your Klaviyo account, go to Settings -> Account -> API Keys, and create a Private API Key (starts with pk_...).
Configure in Sabdov Dashboard
Go to Sabdov Settings -> Integrations -> Marketing & Channels -> Klaviyo Integration, click Connect, and enter your Private API Key.
Verify Credentials
Click Verify Credentials at the bottom of the modal. Sabdov will test your API Key against Klaviyo API v3 and confirm connection status.
Dispatch Test Event
Click Test Event, enter your email, and verify that the 'Submitted Review' metric appears instantly in Klaviyo Analytics -> Metrics -> View activity feed.
