Sync Orders & Buyer Reviews with TikTok Shop
Connect your TikTok Shop seller account to Sabdov Review via TikTok Open Platform. Automatically listen for order delivery events to trigger after-purchase WhatsApp and Email review requests, and import positive buyer ratings directly into Sabdov.
Before Connecting TikTok Shop
Ensure you have a TikTok Shop Seller Account or TikTok Shop Partner Developer credentials ready before initiating the authorization flow.
TikTok Shop Seller Account
An active TikTok Shop account (US, UK, or SEA regions) with seller center access.
TikTok Shop Partner App
App Key and App Secret configured from TikTok Shop Partner Center (partner.tiktokshop.com).
WhatsApp & Email Review Request Setup
Ensure Email Review Requests (Settings -> Review Requests) and/or WhatsApp Automation (Settings -> WhatsApp Automation) are active with configured templates so messages send out automatically upon TikTok Shop order delivery.

TikTok Shop integration is available on the Sabdov Pro plan.
TikTok Shop Integration Roadmap
Initiate TikTok Shop Authorization
Open Settings -> Integrations in Sabdov, locate the TikTok Shop card under Ecommerce Platforms, and click Authorize TikTok Seller Account.
Grant TikTok Seller Center Permissions
Log in to TikTok Shop Seller Center when prompted and approve Sabdov's request for Order Management and Review sync permissions.
Configure Automation Toggles
Toggle Auto-trigger WhatsApp / Email Review Requests on DELIVERED or COMPLETED order status, and enable TikTok Shop Buyer Rating sync.
Verify Order & Review Webhooks
As orders update on TikTok Shop, review requests will automatically queue in Sabdov Review Request logs.
