1. Subscription Billing

Sabdov offers monthly subscription plans billed in advance. Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment and renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro Plan subscribers. If you are unsatisfied with Sabdov within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. After the 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • Full refund available within 7 days of the first charge for new subscribers.
  • Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the initial billing period.
  • Partial refunds for unused periods are not provided.
  • Seat add-on purchases follow the same 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Renewal Charges

Charges incurred after the initial 7-day window for subscription renewals are non-refundable.

Violation of Terms

Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account email and reason for the refund request. We process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Describe the reason for your refund request.
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

Sabdov reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
