By accessing or using Sabdov, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Account Responsibility
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Platform Use & Restrictions
Sabdov grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Unauthorized Access
Attempt to bypass security measures or access data not intended for you.
Reverse Engineering
Modify, adapt, or hack the service or modify another website to falsely imply association.
4. Billing & Payments
Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
“Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel your account through your billing dashboard or by contacting support.”
5. Content Ownership
You retain all rights and ownership to the data, content, and information you upload to the Sabdov platform ("User Content"). However, by uploading User Content, you grant Sabdov a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
6. Service Availability & Support
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which will be communicated through the platform dashboard.
7. Legal Terms
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabdov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sabdov from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
